Uniform Terms and Conditions for the Hospitality Industry

The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH) are the conditions under which hospitality companies such as hotels, restaurants, cafes, and related companies established in the Netherlands provide hospitality services and conclude hospitality agreements. Cancellation conditions halls

Notwithstanding or in addition to the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH), the following cancellation conditions apply specifically to reservations that include a room within our hotel, which prevail over the UVH:

  • Cancellation in whole or in part up to 4 weeks before the start of the reservation is free of charge

  • < 4 weeks > 2 weeks before the event starts, the client can cancel 40% of the initial reservation value free of charge, for the remaining part the client is obligated to pay

  • < 2 weeks > 1 week before commencement, the client can cancel 30% of the initial reservation value free of charge, for the remaining part, the client is liable for payment

  • < 1 week > 48 hours before commencement, the client can cancel 20% of the initial reservation value free of charge, for the remaining portion the client is obligated to pay

  • < 48 hours before the start of the reservation or in case of no show, 100% of the initial reservation value will be charged to the client
