The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry

By way of derogation from, or in addition to, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH), the following specific cancellation conditions shall apply to reservations that include a function room in our hotel, which shall prevail over the UVH:

• Full or partial cancellation up to 4 weeks prior to the commencement of the reservation is free of charge.

• Between 4 weeks and 2 weeks prior to the commencement of the reservation, the client may cancel up to 40% of the initial reservation value free of charge; for the remaining portion, the client shall remain liable for payment.

• Between 2 weeks and 1 week prior to the commencement of the reservation, the client may cancel up to 30% of the initial reservation value free of charge; for the remaining portion, the client shall remain liable for payment.

• Between 1 week and 48 hours prior to the commencement of the reservation, the client may cancel up to 20% of the initial reservation value free of charge; for the remaining portion, the client shall remain liable for payment.

• In case of cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the commencement of the reservation, or in the event of a no-show, 100% of the initial reservation value will be charged to the client.
