The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry

Cancellation Conditions for Rooms

In deviation from, or in addition to, the Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (UVH), the following cancellation conditions apply specifically to reservations that include a room within our hotel. These conditions take precedence over the UVH:

  • Full or partial cancellation up to 4 weeks before the start of the reservation is free of charge.
  • Between < 4 weeks and > 2 weeks before the start, the client may cancel 40% of the initial reservation value free of charge; for the remaining amount the client is liable for payment.
  • Between < 2 weeks and > 1 week before the start, the client may cancel 30% of the initial reservation value free of charge; for the remaining amount the client is liable for payment.
  • Between < 1 week and > 48 hours before the start, the client may cancel 20% of the initial reservation value free of charge; for the remaining amount the client is liable for payment.
  • < 48 hours before the start of the reservation or in case of a no-show, 100% of the initial reservation value will be charged to the client.
