LIVE COOKING: Gerrits fine dining buffet

From January 5, 2019 we present you every Saturday: Gerrits fine dining Buffet. "Live" our chefs prepare the most delicious dishes for you; day fresh and unlimited!

STARTERS
Different soups with rich garnishes and fresh, crispy baked brown and white bread. Wide variety of luxury appetizers including Dutch shrimps, smoked eel, carpaccio, charcuterie. Delightful cold dishes such as smoked (dry salted) salmon fillet, smoked rib eye, crab salad, vitello tonato and fresh mesclun or rucola with buffalo mozzarella and sundried tomatoes and of course various homemade salads.

LIVE COOKING
You will be provided with the most delicious, live prepared meat and fish specialties, such as tender sukad meat, various meat skewers, or fresh fish fillets (including North Sea sole and cod), fresh salmon or sea bass. Everything with matching sauces. We also prepare for you our famous sushi and freshly sliced sashimi of tuna, salmon or swordfish. From the chafing dishes you can also make an extensive choice of warm luxury dishes with many meat, fish and vegetarian delicacies.

Side dishes such as 'home made' spare ribs, various types of tasty pastas and roseval potatoes. Our curry island is special and distinctive, including gamba curry, curry with tender chicken meat and stir-fried beef tenderloin.

The chefs and the waiters, responsible for the great success of Gerrits' fine dining buffet, will also continuously go to the table with constantly changing delicacies with which they want to let you know. That way you will experience live cooking as a true and culinary evening out!

The live cooking concept always responds to the seasons with fresh products. For example, in the winter you will be able to enjoy various game specialties and when the season comes of the 'white gold' we will prepare various asparagus varieties, summer delicacies in the summer etc ...

DESSERT
Enjoy delicacies such as roasted crème brûlée, a wide selection of sweet delicacies prepared by master pâtissiers, fresh fruit, delicious ice cream and ice cream cakes, Italian Tiramisu, white mousse with red fruit and of course a nice cheese board.
