Group dining with buffet options

One of the options for dining with a group is choosing one of our buffet arrangements, available in various formats (from 50 guests). The dinner suggestions that are normally served at the table can largely also be offered in buffet style. In addition, we offer the following buffet suggestions (click on the buffet option):

Dinchbuffet Basic at €42,50 per person

*Glass bubbles
*Soup served with baguette, herb butter and tapenade
*Delicious homemade puff pastry vol-au-vent

Cold Buffet:
Smoked salmon fillet, herring with onions, mackerel, carpaccio, charcuterie of locally sourced meats, Ardennes ham with melon, Norwegian shrimp, beef & potato salad, various vegetarian salads and a selection of cold sauces

Hot Meat dishes: Meatballs in sauce, marinated pork tenderloin, chicken satay with peanut sauce, turkey fillet with mushroom sauce, vegetarian pasta

Warm fish dishes: baked salmon inin herb sauce, white fish fillet with Hollandaise sauce

Warm side dishes: Seasonal vegetables, potato garnishes, nasi or bami

Festive Dessert Buffet: Various types of ice cream, bavarois, pastries and fresh fruit

Possible extensions:
Butter-tender entrecôte, carved live by one of our chefs and served with truffle jus: €6,50 per person
Homemade prawn curry replacing the white fish: €4,75 per person

Cold Buffet: Smoked salmon fillet, smoked eel, herring with onions, smoked mackerel, carpaccio, Parma ham with various types of melon, prawn salad with mango and red pepper, Dutch shrimp with homemade cocktail sauce, beef salad, potato salad, salmon salad, various vegetarian salads, assorted cold sauces

Hot Meat dishes: Honey-glazed ham with honey mustard sauce, marinated pork tenderloin, vegetarian pasta, oriental beef tenderloin tips, chicken satay with peanut sauce

Hot Fish dishes: Pan-fried salmon in herb sauce, homemade prawn curry

Hot side dishes: Seasonal vegetables, potato garnishes, basmati rice

Festive Dessert buffet: A selection of luxury pastries, fresh fruit, deluxe cakes and various types of ice cream

Cold Buffet: Smoked salmon, herring with onions, smoked mackerel, carpaccio, charcuterie of locally sourced meats, Norwegian shrimp, beetroot carpaccio with goat’s cheese and smoked almonds, assorted breads with a variety of sweet and savoury spreads

Warm meat dishes: Meatballs in sauce, gyros, drumsticks, spare ribs with sesame soy sauce, satay with peanut sauce, turkey with mushroom sauce

Hot fish dishes: Salmon with pesto sauce, plaice fillet with herb Hollandaise

Warm side dishes: Seasonal vegetables, potato garnishes, vegetarian pasta, basmati rice

Festive Dessert Buffet: Various types of ice cream, bavarois, patisserie, fresh fruit
