Every Sunday extensive live cooking brunch in buffet form, from our new buffet restaurant with extensive buffet islands full of delicacies! Swimming for the children during brunch is free (please report this to reception). The following drinks are included in the brunch: coffee/tea/dairy/juices/draft beer/soft drinks/wine.

In addition to homemade pies, soup and a variety of breads with varied savory and sweet fillings, the Sunday brunch consists of:

Extensive cold buffet including:
Mackerel, trout, herring with onions, carpaccio, Ardennes ham with melon, shrimps, poached whole salmon, various fresh fish and meat salads, cold sauces.

Rich hot buffet including:
Van der Valk specialities, meatballs with gypsy sauce or peanut sauce, chicken medallions with curry sauce, spare ribs, shawarma, drumsticks, salmon with pesto sauce, kibbeling, panga fillet, fresh vegetables with potato garnishes, noodles/nasi and many other dishes not to be despised.
The dishes listed above may change in composition depending on the seasons.

Festive dessert buffet:
With different types of bavarois and ice cream, fruits, pastries.

The brunch includes an "all in drinks" package: coffee/tea/dairy/juices/draft beer/soft drinks/wine
