Every Saturday evening: Gerrits fine dining Buffet. Our chefs prepare the most delicious dishes “live” for you; fresh and unlimited, from our new buffet restaurant with extensive buffet islands full of culinary highlights!

STARTERS
Various soups with rich garnishes and fresh, crispy baked brown and white bread. Wide variety of luxurious starters including Dutch shrimps, smoked eel, carpaccio, charcuterie. Delicious cold dishes such as smoked (dry salted) salmon fillet, smoked rib eye, crab salad, vitello tonato and fresh mesclun or arugula with buffalo mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes and of course various homemade salads.

LIVE COOKING
You will be provided on site with the most delicious, ever-changing, live-prepared meat and fish specialties, such as butter-tender brisket, various meat skewers, or daily fresh, ever-changing fish species, among others, depending on the seasons: sole fillets and cod fillets, fresh salmon or sea bass. Everything with matching sauces. During the asparagus season you can enjoy various asparagus specialties. Our famous sushi and sashimi of tuna, salmon or swordfish cut à la minute for you are also included. From the chafing dishes you can also make an extensive choice of hot luxury dishes with many meat, fish and vegetarian delicacies and side dishes such as 'home made' spare ribs, various types of tasty pasta and roseval potatoes. Our cooking island with curries, among other things, is also special and distinctive.

The chefs and waiting staff, responsible for the great success of Gerrits fine dining buffet, will surprise you with ever-changing delicacies that they want to introduce you to. This way you will experience live cooking as a true culinary evening out!

The live cooking concept always responds to the seasons with fresh products. For example, in the winter you will also be able to enjoy various game specialties and when the 'white gold' season arrives we will prepare various asparagus varieties, and in the summer we will again prepare summer delicacies...

DESSERT
Enjoy delicacies such as roasted crème brûlée, wide choice of sweet delicacies prepared by master pastry chefs, fresh fruit, delicious ice cream, Italian Tiramisu, white mousse with red fruit and of course a beautiful cheese board.
