Christmas brunches

On Christmas Day and Boxing Day (December 25 & 26), we will be serving a Fine Dining Christmas Brunch from our open kitchen, where our chefs will prepare many delicious dishes live for you, allowing you to enjoy unlimited access to a wide variety of delicacies presented on our buffet islands. Enjoy up to 2.5 hours, including coffee, tea, juices, beer, soft drinks, and wine! The start times are: 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, and 12:45. Duration: 2.5 hours. PRICE € 72.50 | adult rate, from 12 years € 29.95 | Child rate, from age 4. For groups of more than 16 people, please reserve by email via backoffice@hotelgilzetilburg.nl (For groups under 16 people, online reservations are possible.) To finalize your reservation, we ask that you pay the full amount of your reservation in advance. Cancellation policy for the culinary Christmas activities: * Free cancellation is possible until December 18, 2026. * For cancellations or changes from December 19, 2026, through December 25, 2026, 50% of the reservation value will be charged, and you will receive 50% as a voucher. * For cancellations or changes after December 25, 2026, no refunds will be given.
