Christmas brunches

On Christmas Day and Boxing Day (December 25 & 26), we will be serving a Fine Dining Christmas Brunch from our open kitchen, where our chefs will prepare many delicious dishes live for you, allowing you to enjoy unlimited access to a wide variety of delicacies presented on our buffet islands. Enjoy up to 2.5 hours, including coffee, tea, juices, beer, soft drinks, and wine! The start times are: 12:00, 12:15, 12:30, and 12:45. Duration: 2.5 hours. PRICE € 72.50 | adult rate, from 12 years € 29.95 | Child rate, from age 4. For groups of more than 16 people, please reserve by email via backoffice@hotelgilzetilburg.nl (Online reservations are possible for groups under 16.) To finalize your reservation, we ask that you pay the full amount of your reservation in advance. Cancellation policy for the culinary Christmas activities on December 24, 25, & 26, 2026: * Free cancellation is possible up to and including December 17, 2026. * For cancellations/changes from December 18, 2026, to December 23, 2026, 50% of the reservation value will be charged, and you will receive the remaining 50% in the form of a voucher. * For cancellations/changes after December 23, 2026, no refunds apply. No refunds will be given and no vouchers will be issued for last-minute cancellations or changes made on-site.
