Every Saturday evening: Gerrits Fine Dining Buffet. Our chefs prepare the most delicious dishes live for you – fresh, all-you-can-enjoy and with a wide selection, served directly from our buffet islands.
Starters
A selection of soups with rich garnishes and freshly baked crusty white and brown bread. A wide variety of refined appetizers including delicious prawns, carpaccio and charcuterie. Tempting cold dishes and, of course, several homemade salads.
Live cooking
Right before your eyes you’ll be served the most delightful, ever-changing, freshly prepared meat and fish specialties—such as butter-tender beef and flavorful pork, assorted meat skewers, and a daily fresh rotation of fish depending on the season—complete with matching sauces. You’ll also find various items from Asian cuisine. During asparagus season you can enjoy several asparagus specialties.
From the chafing dishes you can choose from an extensive range of hot gourmet dishes featuring many meat, fish and vegetarian delights and side dishes. A special highlight is our cooking island with, among other things, curries.
The chefs and service team—responsible for the great success of Gerrits Fine Dining Buffet—will keep surprising you with an ever-changing selection of delicacies they’re eager to introduce you to. You’ll experience live cooking as a truly culinary night out!
Our live-cooking concept always follows the seasons with day-fresh products. For example, in winter you can enjoy various game specialties, and when the season of the “white gold” arrives we prepare several asparagus variations; in summer, light and summery delicacies return.
Dessert
Indulge in sweet treats with a wide choice of delicacies crafted by master pâtissiers, fresh fruit, delicious scoop ice cream, Italian specialties and, of course, a fine cheese board.
