24/7 Room service robot butler

Our robot is available 24 hours a day and delivers your order directly to your room. Upon arrival, the robot will call your room phone. Used tableware will be picked up later. You will find instructions for pickup with your order. Note: not available for all rooms.

For the rooms where our robot cannot access, we offer traditional room service, where a restaurant employee will personally deliver the order (note, this is only between 11:00-22:00)

Reception pickup

You can pick up your order at the hotel reception (11:00 AM - 10:00 PM). Cash payment is accepted. When picking up, the entire order is provided with disposable packaging and disposable tableware.

24/7 Shop

The shop at the reception is open day and night and offers snacks, drinks, and toiletries.

24/7 vending machines

In some buildings, you will also find vending machines where you can get various drinks and snacks day and night.
