Live cooking Sunday brunch

Every Sunday, enjoy an extensive live cooking brunch buffet in our new buffet restaurant, featuring a wide variety of delicious dishes. Children can swim for free during the brunch (please inform the reception desk). The following drinks are included: coffee, tea, cappuccino, draft beer and soft drinks.

In addition to homemade pastries, soup and a selection of breads with both sweet and savoury toppings, the Sunday brunch includes:

Extensive Cold Buffet, including:

Mackerel, trout, herring with onions, carpaccio, Ardennes ham with melon, smoked salmon, various fish and meat salads, and cold sauces.

Rich Hot Buffet, including:

Van der Valk specialties, meatballs with gypsy sauce or peanut sauce, chicken medallions with curry sauce, spare ribs, shawarma, chicken drumsticks, salmon with pesto sauce, fried fish bites, pangasius fillet, fresh vegetables with potato side dishes, fried rice and noodles, plus many other delicious dishes.

Please note that the composition of the dishes may vary depending on the season.

Festive Dessert Buffet

Featuring a variety of bavarois desserts, ice cream, fresh fruit and pastries.

The brunch includes an all inclusive drinks package with coffee, tea, fruit juices, draft beer, soft drinks and wine.
