Every Sunday, with arrival times between 12:15h and 12:45h, Hotel Gilze-Tilburg presents its widely renowned Live Cooking Sunday Brunch. Enjoy two and a half hours in our restaurant – perfect for the whole family, groups of friends, associations, or just the two of you. From our versatile buffet islands, you will find a wide range of hot and cold fish, meat, and vegetarian dishes. The Live Cooking Sunday Brunch also includes a drinks all-in package: coffee, tea, dairy drinks, juices, draft beer, soft drinks, and wine. What you can expect:

• A selection of hot dishes with several culinary Van der Valk specialties

• An extensive assortment of luxury breads with a variety of toppings

• Fresh soups of the day from the buffet

• Buffet islands with cold starters including a rich choice of meat, fish, and salads

• A variety of dishes specially prepared for children

• Delicious desserts created by master pâtissiers

The assortment changes regularly and is adapted to the seasons.

Extra for children
Swimming during brunch is free of charge for children (please register in advance at reception). Children under 1.40 m must be accompanied by an adult.
