Every Saturday evening: Gerrits Fine Dining Buffet. Our chefs prepare the most delicious dishes live for you; fresh and unlimited, served from our completely renovated restaurant with buffet islands!
STARTERS
A selection of soups with rich garnishes and freshly baked brown and white bread. A wide variety of luxurious starters including shrimp, smoked eel, carpaccio and charcuterie. Delicious cold dishes such as smoked (dry salted) salmon fillet, smoked rib eye, crab salad, vitello tonnato and fresh mesclun or arugula with buffalo mozzarella and sun dried tomatoes, as well as various homemade salads.
LIVE COOKING
Enjoy the most delicious live prepared meat and fish specialties, freshly made before your eyes. Think of tender beef stew, a variety of meats and daily fresh fish selections depending on the season, including Dover sole, cod fillets, fresh salmon or sea bass. All served with matching sauces. During the asparagus season, you can enjoy a variety of asparagus specialties. Our famous sushi and freshly sliced sashimi of tuna, salmon or swordfish are also not to be missed.
From the chafing dishes, you can choose from an extensive selection of luxurious hot dishes, including meat, fish and vegetarian specialties, as well as side dishes such as homemade spare ribs, various pasta dishes and roseval potatoes. Our cooking island with various curries is another unique highlight.
The chefs and service team, responsible for the success of Gerrits Fine Dining Buffet, will surprise you with ever changing delicacies. This makes the live cooking experience a truly culinary evening out.
Our live cooking concept follows the seasons and uses fresh daily products. In winter you can enjoy a variety of game specialties, while during the season of the “white gold” we serve different asparagus creations. In summer, seasonal delicacies take center stage.
DESSERT
Enjoy delights such as freshly torched crème brûlée, a wide selection of sweet treats prepared by master pastry chefs, fresh fruit, delicious ice cream, Italian tiramisu, white mousse with red fruit and, of course, an elegant cheese platter.
